"A Tour of Umbria" Price, Terms and Conditions

8 Days, 7 Nights from € 1150 per person, double occupancy - based on 8 pax arriving and departing as a group.

This tour is all-inclusive land only. Airfare not included.

Double or single accommodations as requested. (Accommodation are based on double occupancy. Single supplement is $150.)

All meals, all beverages during meals, and all food/drink and tastings included.

Transportation to and from the airport, daily transportation with escort all day for the entire tour and all entry fees to various sites are included.

Items not mentioned above are not included in the cost of the tour.

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS / FINAL PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required to confirm all reservations. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

LATE BOOKING FEES

A late booking fee of $50 per person will be assessed for bookings received less than 30 days prior to departure. No bookings will be accepted less than 7 (seven) business days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION - NUMBER OF DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE CANCELLATION CHARGES

• 31 days or more: $250 per person
• 16 to 30 days: 50% package cost per person
• 15 days or less: 100% package cost per person

Cancellation must be received in writing. Additional cancellation fees for airline tickets, rail tickets and special services may apply. Unused service vouchers are completely non-refundable.

REVISIONS

A processing fee of $25 per person will be charged for any revisions once final payment is received. Please note that revisions involving date of departure and/or services could affect your package quote.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

TOUR PRICES

Prices are quoted in Euros. Payment in U.S. Dollars at time of booking will be guaranteed at the current exchange rate. Deposit & final payment must be made by cashiers or agency check. Any fluctuation in this exchange rate could affect your package price.

All bookings are accepted and all tickets, passes and vouchers are issued on the express condition that Day Enterprises Inc. d.b.a. Il Viaggio are not responsible or liable for any loss (consequential or otherwise); damage including, but not limited to: loss of or damage to passengers' clothes, baggage, or other property whatsoever; death, injury, delay, inconvenience or irregularity caused by or arising out of or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or other land or sea conveyance used, rented or traveled in; or through the negligence, willful misconduct or other acts, defaults or omissions of any carrier, car rental company, hotel, restaurant or other provider of goods or services. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions, tariffs and regulations imposed by the rail, shipping, bus, hotel, car rental, car insurance or other companies' firms concerned.
