Initial booking deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required to confirm the land services offered. You will be advised of any additional deposits required for airline transportation. All quotes for customized groups are provided with a minimum number of participants. Should the group fall below the minimum number specified, even if the final payment has received you will be invoiced based on the new tour price for numbers of passengers traveling.
Price Guarantee
Prior to final payment, differences due to changes in the exchange rate, airfare changes, or taxes, are the responsibility of the passenger. Tour prices are guaranteed upon full payment.

Cancellations and Refunds
In addition to a $400 per person non-deposit/administration fee, the following charges apply if a cancellation is made before departure (per person of total tour price):
60 - 45 days prior to departure 10%
44 - 15 days prior to departure 25%
14 - 4 days prior to departure 50%
72 hours prior to departure or no-show NO REFUND |
Responsibility and liability
Day Enterprises dba Il Viaggio acts only as a booking agent and has no control over, and is not responsible for any of the tours, passes and other travel accommodations booked through the company. All bookings are accepted and all tickets, passes and vouchers are issued on the express condition that Day Enterprises dba Il Viaggio is not responsible or liable for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage (including but not limited to loss or damage to passengers' cloths, baggage or other property whatsoever), death, injury, delay, inconvenience or irregularity caused by or arising out of or in connection with any defects in any vehicle or other land or sea conveyance used, rented or traveled in, or through the negligence, willful misconduct or other acts, defaults or omissions of any other carrier, car rental company, hotel, restaurant or other provider of goods and services. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions, tariffs and regulations imposed b the rail, shipping, bus, hotel, car rental, car insurance or other companies, firms or persons concerned.
If the services listed in this quote cannot be supplied or changes in the itinerary, beyond the control of our organization, are necessary, we will arrange for comparable services. Any additional expense which results as a change to the itinerary will be payable by the tour group participants. Should the change result in a savings, the tour group participants will receive a refund.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of the group participants. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time with our sole responsibility being that of refunding all monies paid by the tour group participants. | | |
