Il Viaggio provides customized services to make your travel planning and vacation trouble free. We are able to arrange hotel reservations, private transfers, city tours (both organized and private), rental cars and train reservations. In some cases, we can reserve museums in advance (to avoid waiting in line) and procure the theater tickets you prefer. To make your travels even more enjoyable, we're happy to provide recommendations on shopping, restaurants and special points of interest.

We package your entire tour (based on the services selected and according to your budget) so that there is one total price. This eliminates any worry for you about currency transactions on hotel bills, getting the right rail ticket or missing out on an important museum because you weren't aware of its hours and days of operation.

As you can see we recommend a full array of hotels for your consideration. These range from centrally located city sites in Venice, Florence and Rome, scenic locations on the Amalfi Coast, in Portofino and Santa Margherita; and lakeside at Lake Como and Lake Maggiore to charming properties in the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. You also may be interested in our distinctive historic inns located throughout the country. All our hotels are in the three- to five-star category and feature private baths.

As part of Il Viaggio's services, we are happy to provide our clients with a customized draft itinerary and quote (based on your nightly or total budget). To proceed with a quote, we do require a non-refundable fee of $100 that will be applied to the total package cost at time of confirmation of services.

ALL of the hotels we recommend offer private bath. Our selection of properties ranges from 3 star to 5 star hotels and all are centrally located in the cities or in beautiful settings in the countryside.

Three star hotel rates range between $120 and $180 per night (depending on location and season) for a double room including tax, service and breakfast.

Four star hotel rates range between $180 and $ 300 per night (depending on location and season) for a double room including tax, service and breakfast.

Five star hotel rates range between $ 300 and $700 per night (depending on location and season) for a double room including tax, service and breakfast.
